Panels are made of highly corrosion-resistant pre-painted steel or stainless steel, with a hydrophobic rock wool or other single-layer core material. The base uses waterproof floor rails (refer to Longxin catalog P16, waterproof floor rail and wall panel combination diagram). The PVC and aluminum materials connecting the wall and floor should be kept as flush as possible with the inside of the wall surface, not protruding above the wall surface. (PVC wall mounting diagram, high-foot aluminum wall mounting diagram) Curb Wall Solution: A curb wall is installed, with a stainless steel covering on the surface, and a cleanroom panel partition above it.

The air layer in the middle of the aluminum corrugated core composite panel is divided into numerous sealed units by the top and bottom panels and the corrugated core, possessing high strength, good hardness, and ultra-high rigidity, which is unmatched by traditional aluminum composite panels and aluminum single panels.

Buildings Interior Walls

The SR468 360-degree standing seam roofing system is an improved version of the old-style Pittsburgh double-lock seamed panel, and is a metal roofing system with excellent weather resistance and durability. It is suitable for the roofs of most types of new buildings, as well as for the roof renovation of most types of existing buildings. Thermal Expansion and Contraction: Secured to the structural system with hidden sliding connectors, preventing damage from thermal expansion and contraction of the roofing system.

The lightweight nature of the panel structure, being 1/5 the weight of aluminum panels and 1/10 the weight of steel panels of the same specifications, makes it safer for large-span designs. It significantly reduces the building's self-weight, mitigates foundation settlement, improves seismic resistance, greatly reduces foundation costs, facilitates the transition to large-scale structural modularization, and improves work efficiency and overall building performance; it allows for large panel sizes with high surface flatness. This perfectly showcases grand, expansive, and fluid design effects.
