The SR468 360-degree standing seam roofing system is an improved version of the old-style Pittsburgh double-lock seamed panel, and is a metal roofing system with excellent weather resistance and durability. It is suitable for the roofs of most types of new buildings, as well as for the roof renovation of most types of existing buildings. Thermal Expansion and Contraction: Secured to the structural system with hidden sliding connectors, preventing damage from thermal expansion and contraction of the roofing system;

Solution Requirements

1. Waterproofing: The panel edges are rolled and locked at 360 degrees, eliminating the need for screw connections and ensuring protection against rainwater leakage;

2. Wind Resistance: The roof panels and nodal structural components are pre-punched at the factory, using metal strips and 360° interlocking to prevent strong winds and provide excellent wind resistance;

3. Rust Prevention: The panel ribs are pre-formed at 300 degrees, and the seams are locked at 60 degrees on-site, avoiding damage to the coating during the 180-degree folding of the panel ribs by the on-site seaming machine;

4. Thermal Insulation: Features a special cold bridge prevention structure, also suitable for icy and snowy environments;

5. Lighting and Ventilation: Complete waterproofing measures are available for lighting, roof openings, and pipe penetrations;

1. Thermal Insulation, Fire Protection, and Sound Insulation: Reliable thermal insulation performance, equivalent thermal insulation performance at the same thickness, achieving GB8624 Class A fire rating, good sound absorption, and a dampening effect on the sound of rain and hail;

2. Waterproofing: High wave crests, large panels, and crimped edges at the overlaps prevent capillary water absorption, resulting in excellent waterproofing;

3. Rust Prevention: Concealed fasteners are used at the nailing points, preventing screws from being exposed and providing good rust prevention;

4. Fast Construction: The roof panels are produced under constant temperature conditions in the factory, with high quality control and stable quality, resulting in fast construction and significant labor savings!

5. Flexible Roofing: Can be used as an inverted roof in combination with flexible TPO, widely applicable!
