The PVR1000 roofing system is a high-performance building envelope solution. 360° upright lock seam connection
1. Adjacent edges are vertically rolled by 360°to form an interlocked seam
2. Concealed connection seams and double-folded edge locking create a seamless roof structure, providing excellent waterproofing, leak prevention, and wind resistance.
3. Seams are automatically locked by the machine,so the installation process is easy.Capillary action is avoided by a specially designed structure and the whole system is perfectly sealed.
High strength
· In addition to reinforced beams on both sides,there are 3 ridges on the sheets to give the roof more load capacity.
· The metal roof panels are connected to the purlins via brackets. The unique concealed bracket structure enhances installation strength and eliminates the need to penetrate the roof surface. Wind, frost, rain, snow, and negative wind pressure loads are all safely absorbed.
Safe to use
· The crests of the roof profile match the curvature of the specialized adapter clips, facilitating the installation of the adapter clips. Solar photovoltaic systems, snow guard systems, or typhoon protection devices can be installed as needed without damaging the roof, maintaining the integrity and watertightness of the roof panels.
· The roofing system is closely connected to the overall structural lightning protection system, directing lightning strikes to the ground and preventing lightning from penetrating the metal roof and entering the building.
