Partition Wall Solutions
Wet Cleaning Environment
Panels are made of highly corrosion-resistant pre-painted steel or stainless steel, with a hydrophobic rock wool or other single-layer core material.
The base uses waterproof floor rails (refer to Longxin catalog P16, waterproof floor rail and wall panel combination diagram). The PVC and aluminum materials connecting the wall and floor should be kept as flush as possible with the inside of the wall surface, not protruding above the wall surface. (PVC wall mounting diagram, high-foot aluminum wall mounting diagram)
Curb Wall Solution: A curb wall is installed, with a stainless steel covering on the surface, and a cleanroom panel partition above it.
Disinfection Space Environment
1. Chloride Disinfection, such as sodium hypochlorite solution disinfection.
First solution: Use high-coating galvanized steel substrate pre-painted steel panels, with PVDF and highly corrosion-resistant coatings.
Second solution: Use 304 or 316 stainless steel surface material.
2. VHP Disinfection Environment.
First solution: Use highly corrosion-resistant coatings, such as PVDF coating, high-coating galvanized or aluminized zinc substrate.
Second solution: Use 304 or 316 stainless steel.
Third solution: The panel uses special pre-painted steel for hydrogen peroxide resistance, with a high-coating galvanized or aluminized zinc substrate.
For other disinfection environments where the acidity and alkalinity are unknown, it is recommended to use a high-coating galvanized steel substrate.
High Traffic and Logistics Area Solutions
The walls are equipped with anti-collision facilities.
The corners adopt a curved design to increase the corner angle and prevent collisions.
Since the cleanliness requirements are generally not high in this type of environment, the design of return air columns is reduced, and hollow walls are used as much as possible, using hollow spring clip walls or centrally located return air column designs to reduce protrusions and obstructions from the partition walls.
Crowded environments
High-Ceiling Space Environment
For spaces between 5 and 12 meters, the partition walls have built-in reinforced keel structures. For spaces above 12 meters, it is recommended to use a two-section connection, with a central suspension beam and keel fixed connection between the upper and lower sections.
Ceiling Solutions
High Cleanliness Environment
The ceiling uses an FFU design, combined with blind panels to form a clean fresh air ceiling.
Large-Span Structures
For structures exceeding 3.5 meters, double magnesium oxide or double gypsum composite core materials are preferred. Built-in reinforcing ribs are used to enhance strength, and T-shaped or inverted T-shaped suspension beams are used for end connections.
Structures with Height and Temperature Differences
In areas with different heights where wall panels cannot be installed, S-shaped panels are used as transitions. Solution two uses right-angle corners and F-shaped aluminum profiles for connections.
In two adjacent rooms with different ambient temperatures, insulation material is used between the ceilings to reduce thermal bridging effects.
Ventilation Solutions
High Air Return Volume: Uses a return air wall design with multiple return air vents and multiple return air columns.
No Return Air Columns: Uses a hollow spring-loaded wall with the return air surface close to the ground, which helps eliminate dust and results in a smooth, uninterrupted wall surface. A centrally located return air design hides the return air channel within the panels, achieving the effect of a return air column while maintaining a flat, smooth wall surface.
Functional Combination Wall Solutions
Hidden Wiring and Piping
Conduits are built into the partition and ceiling panels, allowing wiring to run within the panels and resulting in a smooth wall surface.
Integrated Wall and Window
Built-in windows integrate the window and wall into a single unit, reducing joints and construction points.
Frameless Door and Window Solutions
Transition panels from the standard panel to the central panel avoid the need for cutting and installing framed windows in standard panels, enabling frameless installation of the partition walls.
Specialized Design Solutions
Anti-Collision Corners
C-shaped panels are used at corners to increase the corner area and angle, allowing for unobstructed passage around corners.
Seamless Corners
L-shaped curved and L-shaped right-angle panels achieve seamless, aluminum-free connections at corners.
Seamless Air Return
Z-shaped panel series provides seamless air return from the return air column, eliminating the risk of air leakage during long-term use.
Panoramic Observation Window
S-shaped panels provide panoramic observation of the clean area.
