Coinciding with Glostar’s 10th anniversary, our Xuancheng factory—strategically situated in the heartland of the Yangtze River Delta—has been fully completed and has officially commenced production.

Glostar’s Xuancheng factory is located in the Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui Province, covering an area of 108 mu. It serves as a crucial strategic hub in Glostar’s national expansion and represents a key step for the Group in deepening the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and expanding its reach to the East China market and beyond.
This facility is not only a smart manufacturing plant but also an incubator for green building system solutions—focusing on the R&D and smart manufacturing of green new materials such as prefabricated metal integrated curtain wall systems and metal envelope systems. Through high-performance, low-carbon, and eco-friendly products, it continues to empower the green transformation of the construction industry.

As the industry’s first factory to achieve dual certification as a “Three-Star Green Building” and a “Nearly Zero-Energy” facility, the Xuancheng Plant has integrated the “dual carbon” goals into every stage of its production process. From raw material selection to process design, and from product development to project implementation, sustainability remains the constant theme.
With Industry 4.0+ as its core blueprint, the Xuancheng factory has established an industry-leading, state-of-the-art, end-to-end smart manufacturing matrix. Six fully automated smart production units are deeply integrated with the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and a cloud-based digital hub, enabling end-to-end digital management that spans intelligent order analysis, precise material allocation, flexible production, and real-time quality tracking.
The factory has implemented a German smart industrial control system and a cluster of collaborative robots equipped with self-sensing and adaptive capabilities. All critical equipment is fitted with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) nodes, enabling predictive maintenance and remote operation and maintenance. It features industry-leading dual-track composite production units equipped with dynamic process optimization algorithms that automatically adjust hot-pressing parameters and molding precision based on real-time data, ensuring a balanced output of high quality, high efficiency, and low energy consumption.
Leveraging a factory-level digital twin platform, we achieve real-time synchronization and simulation optimization between physical production lines and virtual models. Through big data analytics and large-scale AI models, we continuously improve production scheduling efficiency and reduce energy consumption, while supporting remote visual monitoring and intelligent decision-making to create an autonomous, collaborative industrial intelligence system. With an annual production capacity exceeding 10 million square meters, we not only meet the demands of mass customization but also set a new industry benchmark for smart manufacturing through agile responsiveness and continuous optimization.
