To meet GMP certification requirements and national cleanroom standards for the pharmaceutical industry, this facility upgrade project necessitates the extensive use of high-performance cleanroom panels, imposing rigorous requirements regarding material cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and ease of installation.

ZINJOY® Handmade cleanroom panels applied to the wall, partition, and ceiling systems of Lukang Pharmaceutical's production facilities, with a total usage of 50,000 m²—making it one of the largest single-project applications of its kind to date.

Handmade cleanroom panels feature color-coated steel facings and rock wool or magnesium oxide (glass-magnesium) cores. Their specially treated surfaces offer excellent resistance to scrubbing and chemical corrosion, ensuring long-term cleanliness and dust-free performance, thereby fully meeting pharmaceutical GMP environmental standards.
