Product Description
The Acoustic Rockwool Sandwich Panel for roofing features a microperforated inner steel face that works alongside the mineral fiber core to absorb sound, prevent echo, and eliminate reverberation. Where polyurethane panels can only insulate, this panel also traps and dissipates sound energy — making it the preferred choice wherever both acoustic control and weather-tight enclosure are required.
The outer face is profiled in three frets with matching flashings, delivering structural rigidity against impacts, wind load, and precipitation. Its rock wool core provides acoustic insulation far superior to polyurethane or cork, while also acting as an excellent fire barrier. Installation is fast: panels overlap fret-to-fret and screw directly onto any metal or concrete structure.
Beyond sports halls and music venues, the panel is widely used over engine rooms, compressor enclosures, production lines, roads adjacent to residential areas, and any space where noise must stay contained — or kept out. Insulation thicknesses from 30 mm to 200 mm allow fine-tuning of soundproofing levels to match any project requirement.
This is the high quality acoustic roofing panel that offers acoustic absorption and a fire certificate. All finishes and accessories are manufactured to measure, ensuring a durable service life and avoiding degradation.

Installation Guide
Prepare the Structure
Verify structural purlins or rafters are level and at the correct spacing for the chosen panel thickness and load requirement. Consult the load resistance table or your sales advisor for span distances.
Position the First Panel
Lay the first panel with the three-fret outer face up. Align to the eave line and fix with the appropriate self-drilling screws for metal or concrete structures. Contact your representative for specific screw specifications.
Overlap and Lock Successive Panels
Slide each next panel so its first fret overlaps the last fret of the previous panel, creating a watertight interlocking joint. This overlap is the key to the panel's fast and intuitive installation.
Fix Through the Overlap
Drive screws through the overlapping fret zone into the structure below. Screw pitch and type depend on the panel specification and structure type. The panels are suitable for all types of structures.
Fit End Caps and Flashings
Install three-fret front end caps, lateral end caps, and ridge-to-wall end caps at all terminations. All accessories are manufactured to measure for a weathertight and finished appearance.
