Installation & Maintenance Guide
Installation Brief:
The installation utilizes the "Middle" aluminum profile. First, the floor track is laid. The panels are then erected, and the H-shaped aluminum is inserted between two panels to lock them together. The galvanized keel edge ensures the panels align perfectly vertical. Finally, joints are sealed with cleanroom-specific silicone sealant to ensure air-tightness.
Maintenance:
Thanks to the ECCP process and high-quality coating (PE/PVDF), these panels are resistant to corrosion. Regular cleaning with alcohol or neutral detergents is sufficient to maintain their pristine condition.
