Glostar Insulated Metal PIR/PU Foam Sandwich Wall Panels are widely used in building exterior envelope systems. PIR outperforms standard PUR materials in terms of fire resistance, stability, mechanical strength, and production efficiency. By utilizing an excess of isocyanurate, a cyclic structure, and a higher isocyanurate index, the product achieves significantly enhanced internal rigid foam stability as well as superior heat and fire resistance. Tests demonstrate that the product can withstand temperatures of 200°C for short periods and operate stably in environments up to 160°C over the long term. Additionally, the use of a cyclopentane-based, fluorine-free foaming process ensures an eco-friendly, pollution-free product.
